Our vines are born in the hills of San Pietro di Feletto, in the heart of Conegliano Valdobbiadene.
Here the clayey and calcareous soil meets a climate characterized by strong thermal excursions, thus allowing our grapes to maintain all their aromatic charge.
We choose the manual harvest, in order to select only the best grapes, and thus preserve all the quality of the products.
After the destemming, the must stays in contact with the skins to incorporate tannins and colour.
The fermentation at controlled temperature is followed by an aging period in wooden barrels.
