• Bouquet: notes of small black fruit with berries, fruit in spirits, pepper and coffee. The finish offers sensations of aromatic herbs and spices

• Pairings: an excellent accompaniment to deserts, biscuits, mature cheeses or can be enjoyed in company as a meditation wine
