Our vines are born in the hills of San Pietro di Feletto, in the heart of Conegliano Valdobbiadene.
Here the clayey and calcareous soil meets a climate characterized by strong thermal excursions, thus allowing our grapes to maintain all their aromatic charge.
We choose the manual harvest, in order to select only the best grapes, and thus preserve all the quality of the products.
After destemming the grapes are softly pressed; the must is then left to ferment at a controlled temperature, followed by second fermentation in bottles.
The light sediment of yeast in the bottom gives elegance and longevity to the product.
